Last night, I made my way to the LES to take in a show. The English Gentleman, Gaz Ellis
took the stage at Parkside Lounge for a laid back and charming acoustic set. Ellis was supposed to be joined by a piano player who apparently was doing a grand imitation of Houdini. No matter though, Ellis was just fine without the added instrumentation.
I was introduced to Ellis' work when I saw him perform earlier this year at BritFest and was hooked. For those who aren't familiar with this folk delight, check out the clips below from last night's show. Fans of singer/songwriter music should have a listen to this gentle voiced gentleman, he's a delight.
